Christmas Carols 2013
From snowfalls to giant camel ‘puppets’ there was only one word for this design and construction – fun. And well… exhausting, and possibly crazy… but most definitely fun.
Working with Adam Harris and over 20 volunteers, we pulled this contraption together for less than $1500 including the gorgeous upright piano – many thanks to every volunteer who spent days with a stanley knife, sticky tape and blisters, who risked life and limb smashing our dodgy $10 piano, who dressed our cast and camels in anything they could beg, borrow or steal, and our ‘cardboard & cable ties’ camel & snow machine engineers (you know who you are).
